Home › Everyday Calculators › Fuel Cost Calculator
Estimate the fuel needed for a trip and what it will cost.
How the calculation works
Divide the distance by your fuel efficiency to get the fuel needed, then multiply by the fuel price. The currency symbol can be changed in the theme settings.
Formula used
Fuel needed = Distance ÷ Efficiency; Cost = Fuel needed × Price per liter
Example
300 km at 12 km per liter and 100 per liter needs 25 liters and costs 2,500.
